MY MISSION – MY WINE
Good wine is a result of a combination of different characters (like a good marriage) and it is my mission to show that great wine as a blend of several grapes is possible in territories (thought to be) of minor importance. One is from Piemonte, the other from Slovenia and others may follow. This can even be of interest to other territories: FOLLOW THIS PROJECT!
Therefore I look for combinations of:
– structure vs elegance
– perfume vs body
– freshness vs mature flavours
– acidity vs easy fruits
